Skip the LTO line. Check your vehicle plate or driver's license status in minutes — and have it delivered right to your door.
Go to LTO TrackerThe LTO Tracker is a free online platform launched by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) of the Philippines. It lets you check the status of your driver's license or vehicle plate number — without going to an LTO office.
It was launched in May 2025 by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) as part of a push to fix the long-standing plate backlog that has been an issue since 2014. The platform is available at ltotracker.com and works 24/7 on any phone or computer.
Beyond just checking status, the LTO Tracker also lets you book home delivery through accredited couriers. This means no more taking a day off work, no more waiting in long queues, and no more guessing when your plate or license will be ready.
Enter your 13-digit license number and birthdate to check if your plastic license card is ready to pick up or deliver.
Enter your plate number or 15-digit MV file number to see if your official plates are available at an LTO office.
Once your document is available, you can choose to have it delivered straight to your address by an accredited courier.
Track your delivery from the LTO facility to your doorstep. No more wondering where your documents are.
The process is simple and takes about 5–10 minutes. Here is what to do:
Visit ltotracker.com on your phone or computer. Do not use any other site — fake sites exist.
Select either Driver's License or Plate Number depending on what you want to track.
For a license: enter your 13-digit license number and birthdate. For a plate: enter your plate or MV number.
The system will show if your document is ready. If not found, it may not be encoded yet — try again later.
If available, click to book delivery. Enter your shipping address and choose from the listed couriers.
Upload a valid ID plus OR or CR. Pay via GCash or QRPh. Save your transaction reference number.
Millions of Filipinos are still waiting for license plates issued years ago. The LTO Tracker was built to solve exactly that problem — and it goes beyond just tracking.
No more spending half a day at an LTO office. The online check takes under 2 minutes.
Delivery fees start at ₱150. That's less than fuel and parking for multiple LTO visits.
See exactly where your plate or license is — from the LTO facility all the way to your door.
The website never closes. Check at midnight, during lunch, or on a holiday — whenever it suits you.
Accredited couriers bring your plate or license right to your home or office, safely and securely.
The system requires valid ID uploads and digital payment, which reduces fraud and ensures the right person receives the document.
You do not need to create an account just to check your status. Here is what each type of lookup requires:
Checking your status on the LTO Tracker is completely free. You only pay if you choose home delivery. Fees vary based on your location and chosen courier.
| Location | Estimated Delivery Fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Metro Manila (within NCR) | ₱150 – ₱200 | Fastest delivery; most couriers available |
| Luzon (nearby provinces) | ₱200 – ₱350 | 2–5 business days typical |
| Visayas | ₱300 – ₱500 | Fewer courier options may be available |
| Mindanao / Remote Areas | ₱400 – ₱600 | Longer delivery window; check availability first |
Running into a problem? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them:
Yes. Checking your plate or license status is completely free. You only pay if you choose home delivery — fees start at ₱150.
No. Foreign clients who converted their license to a Philippine license must use the Philippine Postal Service for delivery, as per a 2019 LTO memorandum.
Typically 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Metro Manila deliveries are usually faster. Some remote areas may take longer.
No. The plate must be registered in your name. A name or address mismatch in the CR can flag the vehicle in the system.
GCash and QRPh (which supports major Philippine banks and e-wallets). No cash payments are accepted online.
This is normal in some cases. It means your document is still being prepared at the LTO facility. Email LTO or contact Aksyon on the Spot if it has been more than 2 weeks.
No. You can check your status without logging in. You only need your license number, MV number, or plate number.
The LTO-NCR Tracker is primarily for NCR plates. For plates registered at other LTO offices, coordinate directly with that regional office.
The LTO has officially warned the public that fake websites are circulating online that mimic official LTO pages. These sites are designed to steal personal and financial information.
